Founder of Diligent Home Inspection Services
Certified Professional Inspector
Hi, I am Curtis Reeder, owner and operator of Diligent Home Inspection Services. Before I began inspecting homes, I spent 28 years in the mechanical industry. During that time, I worked on automobiles, construction equipment and water/sewer main lines, as a professional mechanic. I’ve also managed a construction equipment rental company and was a service manager for a construction equipment dealership. This extensive and hands on training, along with several years of providing exceptional customer service, gives me a unique perspective along with a keen eye for detail when it comes to inspecting homes and operating my business.
Our mission at Diligent Home Inspection Services, is to build long lasting relationships with our customers and clients that will stand the test of time. We believe in the philosophy that “the more you give the more you get”. My company is always actively searching for ways to serve our community and to help you along your journey. We are dedicated to providing our customers with an extremely thorough, detailed and courteous service. After the inspection our service does not end there. We are always available for follow up questions or concerns for the duration you own your home.
I graduated from AMTEC Institute of Technology and The American Home Inspector Training Institute. I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, the world’s largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors. I am also an Associate member of ASHI.
When I am not inspecting, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my fiance’ Maria. My son Dylan and his wife Katie live in Springfield, Mo. and I try to get down to see them often. I love spending time with my family and being in the great outdoors, enjoying a wide variety of activities. I have a passion for life, learning and am constantly reading to keep myself up to date on the latest and greatest tools and information to help grow myself, my business and ultimately, to help others.
